Announcement of the speakers of the DW&BI Summit 2016

On the 6th and 7th of April 2016, already the third edition of the Data Warehousing & Business Intelligence Summit will take place in Amsterdam, again organized by Adept Events. In the previous conference, Rick van der Lans, Claudia Imhoff, Barry Devlin and Wayne Eckerson spoke about Collaborative BI, Visual Data Discovery, Data Lakes and other trending topics in BI. Next year, the most upcoming trends around data warehousing and BI will be covered again by a new formation of international thought leaders in the field.

Two highly appreciated speakers of previous editions will again be present in 2016. The first is Mike Ferguson, Managing Director of Intelligent Business Strategies Limited. As an analyst and consultant he specializes in business intelligence, big data, data management and enterprise business integration. Furthermore, he has over 30 years of IT experience. The second speaker who will return to the DW&BI Summit once again is the well-known speaker Rick van der Lans, an independent analyst, consultant, author, and lecturer specializing in data warehousing, Business Intelligence, and database technology. This year, they will be joined by speakers Krish Krishnan, a recognized expert worldwide in the strategy, architecture and implementation of high performance big data analytics, data warehousing, analytics and business intelligence solutions, and Daragh O’Brien, an internationally respected trainer and consultant Information Governance, Information Quality, and Data Privacy. Prior to establishing Castlebridge Associates he worked for 12 years with a leading telecommunications company in CRM and Regulatory Operations roles.
