This privacy statement applies to all Array Media websites:
All your user information (name, (e-mail) address and phone number are stored in a database. Personal information of the users of interactive products and services are handled carefully and protected. Adept Events follows the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Your information will be used for our services, like participating in events and our members’ adminstration, keeping you up-to-date on interesting items and offers from Adept Events.
Furthermore, we use your information to send you our news letter, if you have indicated that you wish to receive it. Your data can also be supplied to the publisher(s) of whitepapers that you have downloaded, or other suppliers, carefully selected by Adept, so they can send relevant information or offers, on the subject of the whitepaper that you downloaded. The same applies to the the selection path of one of our matrix applications. Your data will be analyzed to finetune the information and/or offers to your area of interest.
Your address information can also be supplied by us to other carefully selected companies for sending you information and/or offers. When entering your information, you can specify that you object to the sharing of your private information. When a bar code scanner is used at a congress or seminar which you are attending, this information can also be supplied to the party that is giving the lectures.
Parties that submit whitepapers on our website may use your contact details solely to approach you on the subject of or on items connected to the whitepaper that you downloaded. If you are approached for some other reason, you can report the misuse of your private data to Array Media b.v. through privacy@array.nl.
Suppliers that submit the whitepapers to our website are prohibited from disclosing your private data, copying or otherwise distributing to other parties, changing, downloading or storing it on their database or computer system, unless you authorize these suppliers to do so. Should you observe such misuse of private data, this can be reported to Array Media b.v. through privacy@array.nl.
Apart from the beforementioned companies, Array Media can also send you information and/or offers via e-mail. You can also object to this when supplying your private data.
Apart from the data which you provide, data relating to your visit on our website are also collected. The reason for this is to tune the website to your personal preferences as much as possible. This is achieved for example, via cookies. However, this is only possible if you have explicitly approved of this. You can set your browser so that the use of cookies is not possible. Not all possibilities of this website can be used. Storage and passing on of your data via the internet are protected by the usual present day techniques.
The Array Media websites contain links to other websites. Array Media is not responsible for the content or the privacy policies of these websites. Also, Array Media is not responsible for cookies that are placed by parties advertizing on our websites.
