This event is organized by Adept Events, an independent organizer of seminars, workshops and conferences on various IT-related topics. Upon receiving your registration we will send a confirmation by e-mail followed by an invoice. The PDF invoice for the registration fee will be sent separately to the email address that you enter in the Email Accounts Payable field. Please note that payment needs to be completed to ensure admittance or at least to be transferred within two weeks after invoice date. In the case of Conditions of Purchase that do not allow invoicing in advance of the event and/or that allow payment terms of more than thirty days, the early bird discount is not applicable. The regular early bird discount is also not applicable for intermediaries with deviating payment terms and discount/fee arrangements such as Springest, Studytube, Archipel, Bloomville, among others.
All pricing is VAT-excluded and EU VAT regulation stipulates that if you attend an event on-premise in The Netherlands, we are required to include local VAT. In case of discrepancy in registration fee between the website and the PDF-brochure, the information on the Registration-Fee page for that particular course on the website always prevails.
Corona virus
Since June 2020, we have been running three types of events with sometimes different guidelines and conditions. Dutch RIVM measures are of course taken into account plus additional precautions from the venue and our logistics.
- Online events. The cancellation conditions apply as indicated below.
- Hybrid events, i.e. ‘regular’ live events that are provided with a live video stream.
- You can indicate upon registration whether you would like to attend live in our course room at the venue or online through the live video stream; you cannot deviate from this without prior consent from our part due to 1.5 metre restrictions with reserved seats and the price difference in registration fees.
- If you are unable to attend the live video stream due to corona restrictions in your organisation, place of residence or region, you can still attend the live video stream online.
- If we have to cancel live delivery at our venue ourselves due to regional lock downs or flight restrictions of the international speakers, for example, we will try and offer the event by virtual delivery. If pricing is different, that will be sorted as well.
- If even reverting to virtual delivery doesn’t work out, you will of course have the choice to move on to the next edition or cancel your registration free of charge.
- Regular live events.
- In case of illness or prevention due to corona restrictions in your organisation, place of residence or region, you can send a colleague or postpone your participation to a next edition. If both of these fail, you can still cancel free of charge.
- If we have to cancel ourselves due to regional lock downs or flight restrictions of the international speakers, for example, you will of course be given the choice to move on to a next edition or cancel your registration free of charge.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations by attendees must be received in writing or by email (seminars@adeptevents.nl) at least three weeks before the commencement of the event and will be subject to a € 75,- administration fee. It is regretted that cancellations received within three weeks of the event date will be liable for the full registration fee. Substitutions by other persons can be made at any time and at no extra charge.
Cancellation Liability
In the unlikely event of cancellation of the event for any reason, Adept Events’ liability is limited to the return of the registration fee only. This applies to attendees as well as conference sponsors or exhibitors. Adept Events will not reimburse delegates or sponsors for any travel or hotel cancellation fees or penalties. It may be necessary, for reasons beyond the control of Adept Events, to change the content, timings, speakers, date and venue of the event.
Recordings and photography
Please be aware that still photography, video, and audio recording may occur at this event. By attending this event, you consent to have your image, photograph, likeness, picture, rendering, or audio recording utilized for Adept Events educational, marketing, and sales purposes. You hereby grant Adept Events the right to unrestricted use, reproduction, display, dissemination, publication, and distribution in any medium, provided that Adept Events will take measures on behalf of attendees against infringement and/or inappropriate use of your image, photograph, likeness, picture, rendering, and audio recording.
