Procesmodelleren met BPMN 2.0

De training Procesmodelleren met BPMN 2.0 helpt deelnemers tegemoet te komen aan de toenemende eisen in bedrijfsprocesmodellering, vooral voor business process reengineering. BPMN kan gebruikt worden voor het modelleren van een AS-IS en TO-BE situatie. Dag 2 bestaat uit een praktische workshop waarin u zélf modelleert met BPMN in de 1.x notatie en naarmate de dag vordert, ook met de uitgebreidere notatie van BPMN 2.x. Christian Gijsels leert u in deze workshop de fijne kneepjes van het modelleren met BPMN.
